The common indications of Hormovedic are fatigue, unexpected weight gain/loss, joint and muscle pain, depression, fatty lump between the shoulders, irregular heartbeat, nervousness, irritability, trouble sleeping, muscle weakness, increased thirst, frequent urination, bloating, pain during bowel movements, pelvic pain, etc.
Hormovedic is a safe Ayurvedic Formulation without any adverse side effects so it is better to continue taking Hormovedic for a prolonged duration, preferably lifetime. We recommended taking Hormovedic for at least 9 months for long lasting effects.
Hormovedic should be taken in a recommended dose of 1 capsule, two times a day, 12 hours apart (1-0-1, 1 BD) for the medicine to show its proper effects or as prescribed by your doctor. Please make sure the dosage never exceeds 6 capsules per day under any circumstances.
Hormovedic is an Over The Counter (OTC) ayurvedic formulation having no adverse side effects & is available for sale without prescription.
It is recommended to avoid eating processed food (packet food), excess sugar & refined oil. Avoiding caffeine & soy products is suggested. Avocado, berries, flax seeds are some of the foods which help to regulate hormones and hence are highly recommended.
