Nephrovedic should be taken in a recommended dose of 1-2 capsules, two times a day, 12 hours apart ((1-0-1)/(2-0-2), 1 BD/2 BD) for the medicine to show its proper effects, or as prescribed by your physician. Please make sure the dosage never exceeds 6 capsules per day under any circumstances.

What is the special diet & general lifestyle recommendation while taking Nephrovedic?

It is recommended to avoid intake of processed food (packet food), excess sugar & refined oil. Intake of salt, excessive protein, processed cheese & spicy food is also to be avoided.
